However, in some areas, access to such programs is limited, making it harder for individuals to tap into these healing benefits.
We are targeting areas in the city where mental health resources are scarce and people often lack access to supportive services.
Your donation will make it possible for 15 people to take part in a class designed to soothe anxiety, promote relaxation, and provide a sense of connection and well-being.
